Both, requirements as of June 2002 allow Barber and Cosmetologist to work side by side. - Can I work in a shop or salon while training?
No, this would be considered OJT (On the Job Training) and is not allowed while enrolled in school. - What are the requirements for enrollment?
- What is the difference between a Master Barber and a Registered Barber?
A Master barber can perform chemical services, and a Registered Barber cannot. - What are hours for day and night classes?
Sunday & Monday Closed, Tuesday through Friday 9:00 am to 9:30 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. more hours

- Black or White Shirts and solid Black bottoms.
- Summer shorts and skirts no more than 2 inches above the knees are allowed
- Closed toe shoes only
- Is there an interpreter for non-English speaking applicants?
Not at this time. Students interested in attending that are in need of an interpreter should continue to inquire. - Can cosmetology hours be transferred to your school?
No; Cosmetology and Barber School are separate entities.
